This PR refactors the _includes/social.html to use some advanced functionality in the Liquid templating system. The changes in this PR can be summarized as follows:

Loop through social sites (and usernames) defined in the _config.yml file
Get the URL pattern, icon CSS class from _config.yml (controlled via the social-links configuration)
Organize links according to the desired order (controlled via the social-links-order: [] configuration)
Remove _includes/too_social.html
