When I attempt to run the function I get a fatal error (attached). Looks like the issue is coming from tabulizer::extract_tables. Any insight @seabbs or @kathsherratt? It shuts down my whole RStudio session and sends me to https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572?locale=en_US.

Ouch, really sorry! I think the problem is that tabulizer might need both 32-bit and 64-bit Java installed (I was using tabulizer as the data is in a PDF). I'll re-write with a different function to avoid this.

That would be great @kathsherratt. We ideally want to avoid a Java dep as that will make things tricky. Will organise a call to talk about what we are doing with this package soon as well :). Thank you both for all the great contributions.
