Zenodo release. #4

There are probably docs somewhere but basically.

  1. Sign up to zenodo.
  2. Turn on link to github
  3. Turn on this repo
  4. Make a github release using the release menu from the right hand side of the repo home page (i usually use the package news to list what is in the release).
  5. Go back to zenodo and get the all version DOI. Put that in the citation (in inst/CITATION)
  6. Get the markdown badge for the all version DOI and put it in the README.
  7. Laugh as citations come rolling in.
