Also switches from forecasting using the most recent Rt estimate based on mostly complete data to using the most recent Rt estimate based on partial data in response to observed rapid changes in Rt. As this leads to a potentially spurious increase in uncertainty reported forecast has filtered credible intervals (moving from central 80% to central 60%).
