Washington, DC R value mislabeled #149

In the map, the R value for Washington, D.C. (for 5/30/21), which should be 0.78 based on the table below the map, is mislabeled with Washington state's R value (3.2).

Thanks for flagging this. Looks like an issue with how we link estimates to the shapefile.
