README - data status #350

In the README, it might be handy to add a link or the full table in Data Status which is a really neat overview of what's happening. And/or surface the get_available_datasets() function / output.

I’d vote for a link to the data status page instead of integrating it so the readme stays static and doesn’t require/force a workflow action itself.
