Add map of covered countries

Add map of covered countries #377

It would be pretty cool to have a map summarising which countries are covered by this package. Or even 2 maps for the different regional levels.

https://epiforecasts.io/covidregionaldata/articles/dataset-status.html seems like a very good place for it.

Great idea - love it. Could get a bit gnarly in that some of the meta data sets (like JHU etc) support subregional data and we only surface that to the user once they have downloaded it (as we can't know exactly what they report at any one time).
