This PR changes Nielson to Nielsen in the paper authors list.

@RichardMN appologies for this oversight! I think this is only place your name is wrong but can you double check for me please?

Once merged in I will open an issue with JOSS to get this resolved in the published paper.

Just done a search in project for "N.{2}ls.{1}n" and it all came out. Sorry not to have notice this before, and thank you for the fix! My adopted Danish surname says mange tak!

I have opened an issue with JOSS to get this updated in the paper
