epiforecasts / covidregionaldata

An interface to subnational and national level COVID-19 data. For all countries supported, this includes a daily time-series of cases. Wherever available we also provide data on deaths, hospitalisations, and tests. National level data is also supported using a range of data sources as well as linelist data and links to intervention data sets.

0.9.3 -> CRAN #419

Starting to accrue some new data sets etc since our last CRAN release so seems sensible to do another one. Any suggestions for things to add prior to doing so (aside from #418, #417, and #413).

I think we should aim to complete #412 #421 #420 and #422 and then make a new release.

I've got an initial treatment of #420 (#425) and may have a go at #421 later this week. #412 is going to be more involved and I've not really looked at how to do that. If no one else is doing it I will have a look later.

Work in progress PR for #420 looks great so far. I am happy to have a go at #421 if you don't fancy doing so.

Agree #412 is a bit more involved - hoping the data source maintainers get back with some useful information. If not then adding some structure to allow a single dataset to be drawn from multiple sources would be nice but haven't been able to think about a nice clean way of doing so up to this point.
