Feature: extract variant scaling

Contains models and tools to produce short-term forecasts for both case and sequence notifications assuming circulation of either one or two variants. Tools are also provided to allow the evaluation of the use of sequence data for short-term forecasts in both real-world settings and in user generated scenarios.

Adds a new summary variable for the transmission advantage of the VOC to the output from fv_tidy_posterior().
Adds a new plotting function plot_voc_advantage() to extract and plot this.
Adds plot_voc_advantage() to plot_posterior as an additional output.
Updates all example data to include this new output.

See the README for example use of the plot and the list of output value_type in the posterior to extract estimates for use elsewhere.
