Age groups for aggregating ab age groups produce NAs #25

When the ab data is converted to prev age groups the older age group data are lost as we don't have population estimates at the correct resolution. The solution would be to have an additional file with the population data at the same intervals as the ab data to allow aggregation.

I am confused how this has not emerged yet but perhaps nobody has tried to run ab stratified by age yet?
