This is looking nice - apologies it took so long to get to it. I gave it some light edits and worked through some of the reproducibility checks. I'm happy to put on a preprint server when back from holiday or happy for it to go up earlier if you want. Definitely serves to describe what is being done and a good jumping-off point for future extensions/checking (the potential to link this up with the recent CT stuff is very cool I think). Very happy to swap in someone else (Bruno?) as the first author..
