mention `hubVis::plot_step_ahead_model_output` in visualisations vignette? #812

This, and potentially other functions in hubVis, could serve as slot-in replacement for the deprecated functions.

In general mentioning the hubver would be good especially if there tooling can readily handle forecast objects.
