[scAPP] add data link for the new version of 10x sc/snRNA output #433

Seems that the new version of 10x cellranger (for sc/snRNA) changed the way to display summary page. Do you have a way to accordingly add a data link there?

Also, previous share link button has been removed. The lines in epigen.js have been commented out.
