Feature/lola integration

I implemented the first version of LOLA integration into RnBeads. You can now automatically check for LOLA enrichments in your differentially methylated regions. There are two new options to enable such analyses:

• “differential.enrichment.lola" enables LOLA analyses
• in “differential.enrichment.lola.dbs” you can specify LOLA databases to use. The ones provided by Nathan (LOLACore and LOLAExt) will be automatically downloaded. If you have custom databases on your disk you can specify them as well.

It would be great, if you could have a look at the new functionality and tell me, whether the exported functions and reports make sense to you and whether you have suggestions for improvements.
