Included web.xml files use old schema declaration, cause verification errors in Eclipse #150

Web-app version 2.3 schema URL http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/web-app_2_3.xsd now redirects to an HTML page, which causes the XML validator to raise an error.
