Implementation of https://github.com/epinio/epinio-end-to-end-tests/issues/362

Refactored all tests into smaller functions
Created several check-links function capable of checking status code 200 and characters present on the destiny page
Uncommented test Check binaries, version related links and downloads from About menu now that link point to the correct binary.
Refactored login tests to output correct message on login (positive for STD UI and negative for Rancher ones) Rancher output:
