Shortcode output gets cached #143

Bug/Problem

If a page cache is enabled, the shortcode output gets cached, even if JavaScript detection is enabled.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable page cache
  2. Visit the opt-out shortcode page
  3. Change the always active setting for an embed provider
  4. Visit the opt-out shortcode page again
