Fix encoding for non-WPBakery sites #200

Bug/Problem

If a replacement is made, the content is processed in a rawurldecode, which is a fix for WPBakery page builder.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use a page with URL encoded content, e.g. in HTML attributes.
