Fix HTML validation error for replaced encoded spaces #242

Bug/Problem

If a spacing is replaced with %20data-epi-spacing%20 and then the % is later replaced with %_epi_, this will result in %_epi_20data-epi-spacing%_epi_20, which then won’t be recovered again at the end.
