macOS Makefile correction #36

adding way to find the macos sdk so that the correct .h files are found so tests pass

Hey Andrew, do your suggested changes mean the workaround I used here: https://github.com/epiqc/ScaffCC/issues/7#issuecomment-506869440 is unneeded?
