On page editing (sometimes) goes to the top after editing a block #83

PS: This is a strange one.

Sometimes when I edit a block in a content area the changes are reflected perfectly. Other times the page reloads and the scroll position is back at the top. Meaning I have to scroll back down to the block I was editing.

Not sure why sometimes I get inline changes, and others the page reloads. Haven't been able to figure out what triggers it, but it happens with the same set of blocks. Almost seems like a race condition between multiple "on content changed" on the page.
