Add content type item template #17

Adds an item template for creating a content type model class.

Bumps version to 1.1.0

Do we intend to have an unique icon per item template? Otherwise you could probably reuse the one we already have here https://github.com/episerver/content-templates/tree/develop/shared. It's included in the template proj file https://github.com/episerver/content-templates/blob/develop/templates/EPiServer.Templates.csproj#L38.

We have unique icons for each item template in the current VS integration, so thought that I might as well bring them over. Not really sure what the preference would be.
