Unable to load JS client resources from Foundation private module #118

The site works just fine locally on Windows OS (both IIS and Kestrel) but shows 404 when loading various of client resources when running on DXP Linux env. Some JS for TinyMCE also failed to load. Tested on CMS 12.2 and 12.3.

Some of these should be fixed already, remaining items should be fixed with https://github.com/episerver/foundation-mvc-cms/pull/124
