Episerver Find: Management pages are blank #61

When browsing to any of the three pages at /EPiServer/Find, I only see a blank page below the Shell menu.

The browser console shows this:

GET http://localhost:56789/EPiServer/ClientResources/dojo.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

Find:55 Uncaught ReferenceError: require is not defined
    at Find:55
