URGENT: Concepts not being returned to Submitter #167

I submitted a concept using my gmail and when I hit return to sender I am not getting a notification emailed to my gmail address with the DACC chair comments. Essentially, it does not seem like the submitter is receiving the DACC Chair scores/reviews
