Menstrual Cycle Survey starting at the end after responding no

Testing the Menstrual Cycle Survey (MCS) in dev - I selected "no" to the question "Has your next menstrual period started?" and then selected OK. Because of this response, the MCS stays on the dashboard. When I go back into the survey to complete it, I am directed to the end of the survey and have to click "back" in order to see the survey questions.

The expected functionality is that the survey will start at the beginning with the intro text after the participant follows this response path.

I tested in Chrome on my Macbook in a regular window and in an incognito window.

Do we need to move this to stage and prod or is it already fixed in all three tiers? Just wanted to make sure since the issue is closed. Thanks
