- Changing the mailing address entry so that mailing address is run through the USPS API upon entry
- Update section title to 'Addresses'. Mailing Address will change to a subsection of the overall 'Address Section'

Add checkbox for recruits to check if mailing address entered is a PO Box. PO Box response and will be overwritten in User Profile history.
MyProfiles Page: Add mailing address checkbox for PO Box. Allowed to be editable by participants with verification status = verified SMDB Participant Details Page: Add ‘Mailing address is PO Box’ field after ‘mailing address’. Editable for CCC and NORC and site staff
Physical Address
- Option of a physical mailing address upon entering a PO Box. Physical Address will be retained in User Profile history. Physical address will also be run through USPS API
- Add new subsection for 'Physical Address' under 'mailing address' section and PO Box checkbox. Need to add intro text, physical address fields('Line 1', 'Line 2', 'City', 'State', 'Zip')
MyProfilesPage: Add physical address fields(line 1, line 2, city, state, zip) to myProfiles page under 'mailing address'. Can also be edited by participants with verification status = verified SMDB: All participants page bubble fields:Add physical address field bubble fields (Line 1, Line 2, City, State, Zip’. Place after mailing address field “zip” and before “preferred email” SMDB Participant Details Page:** Add physical address fields (Line 1, Line 2, City, State, Zip) after mailing address field ‘zip’. Add additional text: 'Only for participants with PO Box' This field should editable by CCC, NORC, and site staff
New Variables to be stored in Participants Table:
- Mailing Address is a PO BOX response(yes, null). Not required
- Physical Address(not nested, not required): Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip
Email:
- Update all email entries in 'Contact Information' section to run through sendGrid email validation API(switch from Standard Regex 'validEmailFormat')
- Remove double entry of email entries
