User Profile "City" Pointing to Incorrect Table in SMDB

In the SMDB, the bubble field for Mailing Address- City reads "cur work city post pan" as seen in the screenshot below, instead of "Mailing Address City":

It looks like it's pointing to the Module 4 Table instead of the Participant's Table. @JoeArmani or @anthonypetersen could you please look into this?

We also want to make sure that the other User Profile variables in the SMDB are pointing to the correct concept IDs in the Participants Table. Could you please let us know what CIDs the code is pointing to for the other user profile variables and we will double check?

This may have happened because it looks like both User Profile City and the City variable for Module 4 have the same concept ID:

703385619 Mailing Address- City Mailing Address City RcrtUP_MailCity_v1r0 703385619 City Cur Work City Post Pan SrvLAW_WkCtyPstPan1_v1r0

We discussed this with Nicole and she will need to discuss with the Survey group about whether this should be changed and any impacts on versioning.

@JoeArmani I would say this is a lower priority than other tasks that are likely on your plate for the current release. We can discuss on the punch list call this morning.
