Menstrual Cycle Survey - Pass Data to Quest #672

Previous survey data needs to be passed into the Menstrual Cycle survey for it to work as intended. We do this for other surveys and need to replicate that logic here. Please reach out to @cusackjm for exact details on which variables are needed.
