Update Quest Input / Output

Quest is updating to do the following:

• Merge internal functions to store both responses and tree
• Object passed containing responses will be singular object containing all information

We need to do the following:

• Remove Quest parameter updateTree
• Update PWA functions responsible for storing to handle tree updates as well
• Update PWA logic to handle new data format

This will be resolved for Quest 2.0 by my current working branch implement-state-management-rm-localforage. stateManager.js -> syncToStore().
