Notes from BSWH Site Integration (Code Changes)

Add BSWH to sites object in shared.js file
Update in shared.js the SSOValidation function’s SSOConfig with new site
- Add bswhSSOConfig object to shared.js
fieldMapping.js -> siteLoginMap (used in convertSiteToLoginNumber())
