6 months ago We believe an erroneous return kit tracking ID was scanned for CH000020 when the kit was assembled. There were two kits assembled and shipped on the same day (4/17/24) with these tracking IDs: CH000020 has tracking ID (91)14902200789973960565 and another kit CH000024 has tracking ID 9114902200789973960565 in the system. It seems the same tracking ID was somehow scanned for both but the system didn't catch the error because one had parentheses and the other did not. Manual prod change has been requested Change the USPS return tracking ID from (91)14902200789973960565 to 9114902200789973960527.
FNL will be instructed to receipt the mouthwash sample into the Dashboard but to hold it until kit CH000024 has been received, to confirm that what we suspect occurred was truly the case.

FNL reported that they received an error while trying to receipt Collection ID CHA 000020 0007 into the Dashboard, using return kit tracking number 9114902200789973960527. @JoeArmani checked backend data, the tracking number associated with this Collection ID in Prod is (91)14902200789973960565.
There seem to be two issues here: 1) Much like in Issue #981, parenthesis are present in the return kit tracking number 2) There is discrepancy between the return kit tracking number that appears to be on the actual kit vs. what exists in Production data.
FNL confirmed that the return kit tracking number was scanned into the Dashboard when the kit was assembled on 4/17 (not manually) entered.
@JoeArmani checked and there are not matches for tracking number 9114902200789973960527 in the system, ruling out the possibility that this was a case where return kit boxes were accidentally swapped before shipment.
FNL is awaiting further guidance to move forward with receiving Collection ID CHA 000020 0007 into the Dashboard.
