Instead of "Ref=Q1" and "Ref=Q8", it should just say "Ref=Low" and "Ref=High"
When doing this, give the fields a more program friendly name, and then just map to the nice name in the conceptMappings.json file. e.g. call them stuff like "crude_rate_ratio_ref_low" then map this to "Crude Rate Ratio (Ref=Low)" in the conceptMappings.json file.
