Now that we have 5 years of data, we should consider including temporal visualizations. Including an optional time-series tool tip as an alternative to the current histogram tooltip. Perhaps the user can toggle between them using a select control.
We could also consider a hybrid tooltip as an option, similar to the ClusterRadar tooltip
