If you use the 5-year age group and county stratifications on CDC wonder, you get population estimates for <1 year age group. These aren't released by the Census Bureau, and CDC Wonder's documentation even mentions this when explaining why they don't release county-level age-adjusted mortality rates.
The CDC Wonder population estimates tool doesn't release these population estimates.
We should look into where they get those estimates, and if we should be using them (due to the differences in mortality rates between <1 and 1-4, which we are currently just aggregating together)
