Missing States #10

There are at least two states not available in the dropdown: North Carolina and North Dakota.

Thanks for raising this issue! North Carolina, North Dakota, Connecticut and Pennsylvania have significant reporting delays in the CDC data. We have tentatively removed them to avoid any misinterpretation.
