Total for USA? #2

Can we add the totals for the USA? It will need to come with warnings that the states have different lag times, but would still be helpful to track the increases for the different causes. @jonasalmeida haha you'll regret getting me on gitter. I'm taking the training later to become a more civilized user.

Done, "All States" with the sum of all others, appears now as an option ahead of Alabama
