Cannot set the stylesheet from the URL #293

The URL passed in can have the &run but there is no &style option to change the stylesheet. ie.

https://episphere.github.io/quest/#https://danielruss.github.io/questtest/MyFirstModule.txt&run&style=Style1.css

or https://episphere.github.io/quest/#https://danielruss.github.io/questtest/MyFirstModule.txt&run&style=https://episphere.github.io/quest/Style1.css

As requested for future development, I am preparing a pull request
