ALCLIFE grids are skipped if TOBACCO and MARIJUANA are both set to 88 (transformed file only)

If questions in the CIG and SMMAR sections are answered before going to the ALCOHOL sections, then ALCLIFE1, ALCLIFE2 and ALCLIFE4 will display. But if 88 ("I have not used any...") is selected for TOBACCO and MARIJUANA, those three alcohol sections will not display.

This only happens in the transformed file. The untransformed file renders correctly. (Both are attached.)
