Mod1 QC: Completed surveys with missing stop time stamp or start time stamp

The CCC Weekly Metrics has a check for the existence of start time stamps and completion time stamps for all those marked as "submitted" for each module. They are not equal when they should be (This Table/check is included below)

Module 1

• Connect ID 1358968870 is missing a completion time stamp
• Connect ID 4201878434 is missing a start time stamp

Module 2

• Connect ID 2457408214 is missing a start time stamp

Module 3

• Connect ID 2457408214 is missing a start time stamp

Module 4

• Connect ID 2457408214 is missing start time stamp
• Connect ID 9171795129 is missing a start time stamp

What is used to determine that a survey was completed?

@anthonypetersen Outside of the participant that had time stamps manually put in through the prod change log (CID: 2457408214), do we know what happened with the others?

Connect ID 4201878434 is missing a start time for Module 1; the completion time was 2022-09-16T00:03:00.727Z

Confirmed neither are in the prod change log.

@anthonypetersen @danielruss Is there anywhere else I should be checking to see if we had overridden something? Or do we think this could be a Wi-Fi issue on their end with the start time not saving/being overridden?
