Participants who have not selected a particular race but have answered other for that particular race's ethnicity.

We will need to implement QC to make verify skip logic patterns moving forward. But for now I'm not sure how they would have seen these questions unless their original race responses weren't saved.

Confirmed that no other ethnicity responses besides these instances of 'other' were given by participants who did not select a particular race

@danielruss if it helps this is race issue I was talking about this morning. The answer for race likely isn't saving
