EMPLYRSRVC1 skip logic needs to be updated (goes to WORK8 and should go to WORK4) #325

If EMPLYRSRVCE1= NR, the participant goes to WORK8, but should go to WORK4. WORK4 and WORK8 are the same question, but for different jobs. This fix will align the follow up questions with the correct corresponding jobs.   logic needs to be updated and loop in Kelsey for QC

Is the document updated on Box? I do not see the change there.

@joshid-ims I am working on an email that explains the location of the document with the edits. should be done it soon
