QoL nested questions: Non-response error message not functioning properly #328

When I skip all 4 questions in a domain (e.g., SrvQoL_ANXIETY7D1_v1r0, SrvQoL_ANXIETY7D2_v1r0, SrvQoL_ANXIETY7D3_v1r0, AND SrvQoL_ANXIETY7D4_v1r0), I get the pop up error message, but it states that only 1 question is unanswered: image

When I skip 1, 2, or 3 questions (i.e., at least 1 question is answered) in the domain, I do not see the pop-up error message. @anthonypetersen thinks that this is because the questions are nested under 1 domain.

@danielruss can you fix the error message so that it pops up anytime the participant does not answer every question on the page?
