ZIP Code Character Length #330

@KELSEYDOWLING7 I can't open this file. Are these current address zipcode or historical addresses zipcode?

image These are alternative address zip codes in Module 1. We haven't gotten to the Module 4 QC rules for ZIP codes just yet but the same logic would apply
