Make PREG3 required question

(I realized this issue in creating the Module 2 testing scenarios) If PREG3= NR, the participant sees PREGWARNING.

PREGWARNING is not in the questionnaire documents, and therefore was not translated into Spanish.

@m-j-horner (1) should this go back to the translators, (2) get translated by a quicker method (I saw in an email that Daniel's daughter is fluent in Spanish?), (3) or should we change PREG3 to required (i.e., prevent PREG3= NR, so PREGWARNING is not displayed)?

Julie, Please update the Spanish M2 word document to make PREG3 required. Then Pete will add the coding for that.
