BIOSURV3 should be select all that apply #423

BIOSURV3 worked as select all that apply in renderer but not in Dev testing.

The tester could only select one response.

I was able to select all in stage for BIOSURV3 - not sure if this information helps

@woodruffr please confirm if issue is being seen in stage

After the Dev update which nullified the PES triggering for our previous accounts, we retested and could not reproduce this issue on Dev. We have not tested stage, but I will update this issue as soon as our testers report their findings.

This was confirmed fixed when Stage testing Scenario 2. This issue can be closed.
