Leave as is: Q_#17: [SRVBLU_COV1_V1R0] For conceptual reasons, The ‘No’ and ‘Unsure’ responses should skip to COV23. It would not make sense to skip to COVSUMMARY, since COVSUMMARY includes a summary of responses (COV3, COV4, COV6, COV8A, COV8B, COV8C, COV12) that the participant would not see if they response "no" or "unsure" to COV1.
Q_#45: [SRVBLU_COV21_V1R0] – The ‘No’ response skips to COV25 and the NR defaults to COV22. This should stay this way.

After a review of Skip Patterns, in addition to the two you already corrected today, we found these. Please let us know which you are updating in the Word document and if any need other attention.
Q_#9: [SRVBLU_MENST60V1R0] – The ‘No’ response skips to PREGNANT but NR defaults to MENSTART. Q#17: [SRVBLU_COV1V1R0] The ‘No’ and ‘Unsure’ responses should skip to COVSUMMARY, NOT COV23. The NR defaults to COV2 (how many times have you had COVID-19?). Should NR also skip to COVSUMMARY? Q#28: [SRVBLU_COV12V1R0] – The ‘No’ and ‘Unsure’ responses skip to COVSUMMARY but NR defaults to COV13 (How many nights did you stay in hospital …?). Should NR also skip to COVSUMMARY? Q#45: [SRVBLU_COV21V1R0] – The ‘No’ response skips to COV25 but NR defaults to COV22 (How long did it take you to recover …?). Should NR also skip to COV25? Q#52: [SRVLBU_COV25_V1R0] The ‘No’ and “Don’t Know” responses should skip to ORALHLTH, NOT ‘GO TO end’. The NR defaults to COV26 (How many shots of vaccine did you get?).
