Import of RIS from BiBTeX - problem with accents and some missing dates #157

Open MJWainwright opened 1 year ago

We received an RIS file exported from BiBTex to test in iSoQ and it does import but as you can see below it is incorrectly displaying words that include letter with an accent - e.g. instead of á, it appears \'a. However, this seems inconsistent as it does occasionally appear correctly - e.g. Júlia. I will send the file separately by email. Also, some years are missing but this is probably most likely that was an input issue from the user into BiBTex?

From Damián: i was reviewing the file that you send me and as I see was that the .bib file come with this special formatting here an example:

@misc{direcciongeneraldesaludpublicaManualBuenasPracticas2021, annotation = {Actualizaci\'on anual}, author = {{Direcci\'on General de Salud P\'ublica} and {Ministerio de Sanidad}}, date-modified = {2023-02-18 19:16:26 +0100}, publisher = {{Ministerio de Sanidad}}, title = {Manual de Buenas Pr\'acticas En Eutanasia}, year = {2021}}

as you can see, the format come with this special format so i need to create a new functionality for support this kind of request.

i'm not sure that i could do this for the moment. i would like to take other prioritized tasks before to take this one.

as i read, this is a functionality that bibtext do http://www.bibtex.org/SpecialSymbols/ that's all for now.
