Modify what collaborators with "view only" rights can see #242

@damian-garrido could you please rate this one as either S, M or L?

There is a mistake with this function. Users who are added to a project and given "view only" rights should be able to see the GRADE-CERQual assessment worksheets. Currently they can only see the iSoQ table and My Data.

A user should be able to see not only the Evidence Profile but each of the CERQual components modals. They should not be able to modify the content but be able to see everything that is in the GRADE-CERQual assessement worksheet for each findings.

@damian-garrido I think this is a priority. It's more like a bug then an enhancement. Probably not too hard to fix? Let me know.
